We accept payments by credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club Card valid for at least 6 months after the end of the rental and online payments through the payment gateway on this page.
We accept payment cards only in their physical form (the use of Apple PAY, G-PAY and others is not possible).
HOW MUCH ?
The rental price depends on the model, location and length of rental. You pay for each new day that you use the vehicle (e.g. for a 30-hour vehicle rental, you pay the rent in the amount of two days - 48 hours). The calculator and price list on these pages will help you to orient yourself in prices.
During the reservation, please pay attention to the general conditions in which you will learn all the important information before you reserve and collect the vehicle.
WHEN? Pay in advance by online payment or credit card at the branch.
In the reservation form, choose the pick-up/drop-off location, select the rental date and time, and Payless will find the best offer for you from all available vehicles. Choose the vehicle category you need.
The vehicles offered by us are part of the fleet for an average of 6 to 12 months. Therefore, we assure you that you will receive only high-quality vehicle models.
We do not unnecessarily complicate VEHICLE PICKUP. a) Administration, which does not take much time - checking of personal documents: ID card (passport), driver's license. b) Making a deposit: you need a credit card valid for min. 6 months. (Applies even if you have paid the deposit online) c) Vehicle inspection: Our vehicles are thoroughly inspected before each rental and existing damages are recorded in the handover protocol. RETURN OF THE VEHICLE: The vehicle must be returned at a pre-arranged time and place. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank and in such a condition that the inspection can take place. Any damage or defects to the vehicle must be reported to the car rental staff. The return of the vehicle is possible during the opening hours of the given branch.
The price does not include additional fees such as the fee for an additional driver, additional vehicle equipment (child car seat, navigation, ...), service outside working hours, parking the vehicle,...

Please note that fines for traffic violations are not included in the booking price.
The condition of the vehicles is checked before each rental. The current state of the vehicle is recorded on the Pickup Protocol. The customer is obliged to make sure that all damage to the vehicle is recorded in the report. If you find damage on the vehicle that is not listed in the Collection Protocol, contact the staff of the Payless branch before using the vehicle.
Entry is allowed to EFTA countries (Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland), the United Kingdom and the European Union, with the exception of Bulgaria and Romania. Entry to Bulgaria and Romania is expressly prohibited. The expressly prohibited countries include, among others, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
Vehicles only have a Slovak highway stamp, all other highway fees must be paid for by the client.
The customer is obliged to verify and also pay at his own expense all fees associated with entering and using the roads in the country in which he wants to use our vehicle. You can also use the possibility of returning the vehicle abroad for an additional fee depending on the type of vehicle.
All of our vehicles come with premium features including air conditioning, bluetooth, cruise control and parking sensors.

The amount of the deposit is individual for specific types of vehicles. Choose a specific vehicle category, check availability and make an online deposit, which will be credited back to your account after the rental (after deduction of the rental amount).

The final deposit amount will be determined in accordance with the security protocol.
As a rule, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The settlement is then automatically sent to the issuing bank for processing.
If you do not see the funds released after this time, the delay is probably due to the publishing bank, so please contact our booking office by email at info@paylesscar.sk, from where we can send you a confirmation of the settlement on our side, which you can contact your publishing bank with.
The deposit serves as a deposit for the vehicle, the amount of the deposit varies depending on the category of vehicle and the length of the rental. The amount of the deposit is calculated automatically by the system. You will be notified by e-mail when the deposit has been paid.
